Growing out of a grassroots anti-corruption effort, this volunteer-driven open-source platform keeps watch on how the government spends, awards contracts, and runs public projects. A parsing-and-normalization pipeline converts scattered government records into machine-readable open datasets, then applies automated red-flag analysis on top to highlight the projects journalists and citizens ought to examine first.
