In order to better celebrate civic tech’s victories (just as we acknowledge its flame-outs), the Civic Tech Field Guide maintains this gallery of projects’ impact statements.

These are the self-reported, quantified metrics that many projects share on their websites and in their annual reports.

While there are certainly deeper and more qualitative forms of impact evaluation, we thought this would make a decent start. It’s already become one of the larger collections of impact tracking in the field.
