An Introduction to Community-Led AI Audits

Building on our work open-sourcing community-led AI audits, we joined National Civic League for an introductory webinar, Trust But Verify: Using AI Audits to Guide Responsible Government Tech.

We explored what AI audits are and why they matter, a real-world case study of auditing AI in the public sector, and the step-by-step auditing process—from selecting a system, to stakeholder mapping, to developing actionable recommendations.
