There are too many complaints made to government's complaint platform. However, the data is not visible, there is no way to organize and complainants rely on one single channel. I am inspired by other civic tech tools such as Change.org or Petitions - UK Government and Parliament. I wanted to allow citizens to use AI in an effective way and made it easier for them to access the relevant authorities.
