Marvellous Mongoose Game
We're working with researchers in the Banded Mongoose Research Project at the University of Exeter to design and build a new online game to understand sociality and cooperation in mongooses, based on their research in Uganda.

We'll include lots of difficult life decisions that mongooses have to make, and see how their lives intersect with other species around them, like warthogs, humans and monitor lizards. The game will be free and open source, and run in a browser, and is due to be released late 2021. This continues our long-term work with this team, having previously developed the Mongoose2000 system for the researchers to gather their behavioural data more efficiently and with less risk.
