How AI is used
Citizen Space, from Delib, was originally developed as a joint initiative with the UK government and we continue to develop our products and introduce third-party tools mindfully with statutory processes at the forefront of our planning. It is therefore critical for us to fully test capabilities before they are introduced to our product. We currently have AI sentiment analysis running in test, and in use with one customer. Our plan is to make this more widely available in 2025 once we've verified, piloted with additional customers and are confident in our offering.
Number of end users
As of the end of November 2024, there are nearly 26,000 users in the platform. By users, we mean administrators, ie. people working in government to publish consultation and engagement activities. The platform itself has collected more than 1.2 million responses from end users/respondents.
