The WeVote Foundation is building a platform for verified voters to track bills, connect with representatives, sign petitions, discuss issues, and engage in civic discourse. • When it began: the idea spun off from another project in early 2012, first launched in 2015 onward and reorganized as a 501c3 in 2020. • Who’s it for: Verified U.S. registered voters (focus on constituents in supported states); also allows elected officials to claim accounts. • Impact: Aims to transform democracy via transparent, verified engagement; bridges voters and reps; reduce polarization, improve online discourse. • How to help: Create an account (verify as voter), sign/create petitions, review bills, ask questions, join discussions, or claim rep account if elected.
