The U.S. Digital Registry served as a resource for agencies, citizens, and developers to confirm the official status of social media and public-facing collaboration accounts, mobile apps, and mobile websites. It was deprecated by M-23-22 - Delivering a Digital-First Public Experience.
The U.S. Digital Registry originated in [OMB Memorandum M-17-06](https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/legacy_drupal_files/omb/memoranda/2017/m-17-06.pdf). In September 2023, M-17-06 was rescinded by [M-23-22 - Delivering a Digital-First Public Experience](https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/M-23-22-Delivering-a-Digital-First-Public-Experience.pdf). As of September 19, 2024, the public-facing Digital Registry search page has been deprecated. For questions, please contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
