- How AI is used
- Thinkscape is Unanimous's newest product. It's a generative AI focus group product that leverages Swarm plus LLM-generated facilitators. The process divides a large group into a constellation of inter-connected sub-groups ("think tanks"). AI agents are assigned to observe each sub-group and then bring that group's insights to the other sub-groups. Each sub-group thereby gets exposure to insights from the other groups while maintaining the focus of a small group dialogue. An "AI global observer" surfaces commonly expressed ideas across the sub-groups. The platform claims this structure allows participants more conversational time (rather than conversation domination) and reduced polarity.
