This US tech policy proposal database is a project of Freedman Consulting. This tracker is updated through December 23, 2020 and is not currently under maintenance. The Tech Tracking Database is a repository of information meant to track ongoing efforts and trends within the tech policy space, primarily as they are related to platform regulation and accountability. The first tab of the database includes high-level descriptions and status updates on national legislation, public interest proposals, and major litigation, among other types of policy vehicles. The second tab includes a repository of public opinion polling on issues and topics relevant to the field.
