Tacit is a UK based organisational consultancy founded in 2014, working with government, public sector, third sector and private organisations to create better-equipped leaders, connected learning organisations, and thriving people and teams.
We simplify complex organisational challenges by transforming them into actionable strategies and models. Our solutions focus on the specific needs of our clients. Rather than imposing pre-made answers, we begin each engagement by talking to people to understand their unique situations and challenges. We then use a combination of methods, including collaborative workshops, consulting, and training, blending both proven and innovative approaches to develop customised solutions. We create lasting impact by equipping organisations with practical tools and methods they can use and evolve long after our engagement concludes.
