Launched in April 2025, the [Lead Service Line Replacement Cost Calculator](https://ephillc.com/lead-service-line-replacement-cost-calculator/) (LSLRCC) equips local governments, Tribal nations, and public water systems with a free, multilingual, equity-focused tool to plan lead service line replacements. Officially recognized by the **United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)** and aligned with **World Health Organization (WHO)** public health goals, **the LSLRCC advances at least eight UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)**. It enables communities to model replacement costs, secure infrastructure funding, reduce lead exposure, and modernize drinking water systems with transparency and equity.
