SSRC Media Well
Disinformation, misinformation, and “fake news” are longstanding phenomena that, in the wake of the digital revolution, have become newly politicized and consequential. SSRC's research on the topic.
Polétika República Dominicana is a group of civil society organizations and movements that work in different areas, including: health, housing and habitat, taxation, citizen security, transparency, childhood and adolescence, gender, and municipality.
Our goal is to achieve a more just and less unequal society. Through this platform, we seek to monitor and pressure political parties so that they place people at the center of their government decisions and can participate in a more just and less unequal society. To do this, we follow their campaigns and electoral programs. Now we monitor the parliamentary and executive work of this XII legislature, to ensure from civil society that the commitments acquired are fulfilled, and promote new and better commitments.
