PILLARS

An all-in-one politics app designed to make politics simple, accessible, and actionable.

I built PILLARS because I kept seeing the same problem among my friends, classmates, and young people, including myself. We cared about politics, but the information was scattered, confusing, and mixed with biased news or AI misinformation. It should not be this hard to get the facts. PILLARS is a new way to understand politics without the noise. We take dense bills, confusing government sites, and scattered political info and turn them into simple summaries, clear ESPN-style politician profiles, and fast tools to take action like registering to vote, finding your polling place, and more. All free. No news, no bias, no algorithms pushing an agenda. Just verified facts from official sources in one place. The app also has a gamification system with a mascot called Pilly that evolves as users engage, along with badges, streaks, and XP to make civic participation something people actually want to come back to. Live in public beta on iOS and Android at pillarsapp.us.
