By leveraging existing knowledge and exploring emerging trends, INNOVADE provides innovative, scalable, and replicable solutions, fostering a digitally enhanced public sphere and strengthening democratic governance. At the heart of INNOVADE's innovative approach to digital democracy lies its Living Labs methodology – dynamic workshops where citizens, government representatives, and experts work together to create better ways for communities to participate in decision-making. These Labs serve as creative spaces where people can share ideas, test new approaches, and shape the development of digital tools that make civic participation easier and more effective. By bringing together different perspectives at key moments in the project, our Living Labs ensure that INNOVADE's digital democracy app truly serves community needs. The result is a practical, user-friendly tool that helps citizens engage with their local government, share their ideas, and have a real impact on the decisions that affect their daily lives.
