This is version 2.0 a HBK (Humanitarian Knowledge Base). It was first created by Devin to merge Willow, Brent and Devin's independent knowledge bases together. It has since been massaged into a product that can support the integration of additional knowledge resources. Version 2.0 has slightly different table names and some accessibility tweaks.
