Tagging: The Sensemaking tool offers powerful auto-tagging capabilities to efficiently organize and categorize large volumes of textual consultation data into clusters. With predefined tags and the option to create custom tags, users can tailor the categorization to suit the specific needs of each project, making unstructured data more accessible and understandable. Clustering methods available are: - Assisted Classification: Admins provide a sample of tags, and the system automatically learns from the examples to assign tags across similar data. - Automatic Classification: The AI clusters inputs into predefined categories without needing manual input, ensuring consistency. - Topic Modeling: AI autonomously detects themes and clusters inputs based on underlying topics. - Sentiment Analysis: Data is categorized by emotional tone, clustering inputs by positive, negative, or neutral sentiment. - Controversy Detection: Automatically identifies and clusters inputs that highlight divisions or disagreements within the community. b. Summarization: An AI-powered summary tool enables quick analysis and summarization of large data sets through a user-friendly interface. The data can be filtered by demographic and thematic attributes to generate detailed insights into community inputs. c. Data Questions: Additionally, the platform offers interactive Q&A functionality, allowing users to ask targeted questions to further explore the data and uncover deeper insights. These AI summaries can be seamlessly integrated into reports for both internal stakeholders and community members. d. Reporting: Admins/project managers can insert our AI-generated summaries into our reporting tool, adjust them further to create reports, and share them back with participants. e. Translation: Some content on the resident-facing side of the application leverages machine translation to be accessible by people in different languages than the author’s. **Bridging offline and online: ** Our FormSync tool uses OCR technology to import contributions collected offline in the online debate. We overlay an LLM content check to correct for mistakes made by the OCR detection. 1. Moderation: We have a built-in profanity blocker that contains a list of common offensive words for each language - a general list that is applicable to all our clients' platforms- to detect potentially harmful content. We have also implemented Natural Language Processing, which reviews posts, proposals, and comments for language that may be abusive, toxic, or otherwise inappropriate. These posts get flagged to the administrator for review.
