How AI is used
CrowdSmart AI Our generative AI is very different from other generative AI solutions. CrowdSmart strongly believes that humans, particularly the humans in your organization, have the unique ability to collaborate on ideas to identify the best solution, judgment, action, or outcome for your specific situation. It’s possible to generate an initial set of ideas for your collaborative prompt using our configured ‘agents’ or other generative AI tools. Either way, you will get valid ideas to fuel your collaboration. These ‘seed’ ideas are usually followed by additional ideation from your human team. The CrowdSmart AI evaluates the ideas submitted, selects ideas based on the semantic diversity of the statements, and asks each participant to interact with 7 unique ideas in the existing pool. As the participants interact with ideas from other participants, the CrowdSmart AI detects topics that reflect the mindset of the participants as a whole. When the collaboration is over, our AI presents easy-to-read results. Finally, as with other generative AI solutions, you may also query the corpus of participant responses to better understand and leverage the collective intelligence of the participants. In short, CrowdSmart uses AI to facilitate collaboration, but the final result is based on the experience, knowledge, and judgment of your collaborators.
Content moderation policy
Community Self-Regulation: The platform encourages participants to focus on valuable and relevant ideas. Inappropriate or irrelevant contributions typically receive little attention and naturally become less prominent. This community-driven approach helps maintain the quality of discussions. Flagging Mechanism: Participants can actively flag content they deem inappropriate by clicking the "Flag Inappropriate" button associated with the item. This action notifies the support team, which reviews the flagged content and, after confirming with the collaboration's administrative contact, removes it if necessary.
