"A civic technology platform, which aims to raise awareness and sensitize citizens to play their roles well in the promotion of Peace, Union and Social Cohesion and strengthen the process of national dialogue and reconciliation through digital in Chad Republic. This platform will make it possible to involve virtually from any geographical position or through relay facilitators connected in all the provinces all Chadian citizens in the debate, in the proposals, and finally to be full actors in this process so that ""dialogue and national reconciliation"" affect all Chadians. It will contribute to collecting, transmitting, informing and actively involving all Chadian citizens in this process."
