CFR Redlines

CFR (Consequential Federal Register) Redlines is a free, no-login public-data tool from BlazingStar Analytics that publishes side-by-side redlines of consequential proposed federal rules — showing the current Code of Federal Regulations text against the proposed change — on the morning each rule publishes.

Active

The service tracks Federal Register proposed (and final) rules that amend the CFR, generating section-by-section markups of the current eCFR text versus the proposed change while the public comment window is still open, with each entry linking back to the Federal Register source. It is checked weekday mornings and released into the public domain under CC0, and sits alongside BlazingStar's other federal-transparency datasets (apportionments, spending constraints, spend plans, SF-133, and a "most commented" rules tracker).
