Beast Philanthropy, the charitable organization founded by Jimmy Donaldson, the world’s #1 creator known globally as MrBeast, and The Rockefeller Foundation today announced a strategic partnership to collaborate, learn from each other, and drive progress for the most vulnerable. It's great to see philanthropy staying up to date on what resonates in the media environment. I'm just already nervous about what kind of videos their development trip to Ghana will produce.
In this new partnership, The Rockefeller Foundation and Beast Philanthropy will encourage people young and old to see philanthropy not as a distant act, but as a shared movement—where kindness goes viral and inspires real action. This includes an initiative in which Beast Philanthropy and The Rockefeller Foundation will use the latest storytelling strategies and content from their and their partners’ charitable programs to make stories about charitable giving accessible, approachable, and actionable. This project will commence with a trip to Ghana in the first quarter of next year, during which both institutions’ teams will learn from one another’s work in development, community-led change, and global storytelling. Over the coming years, a series of shared initiatives and announcements will further this collaboration and each institution’s mission.
