It is designed for schools, parents, teachers, and individuals who want to regain control of their time, reduce digital anxiety, and adopt a more intentional relationship with technology and AI. l proyecto comenzó en 2024 como respuesta al aumento del uso compulsivo del celular y la pérdida de atención entre estudiantes, profesionales y familias. Está dirigido a escuelas, padres, maestros y personas que desean recuperar el control de su tiempo, reducir la ansiedad digital y crear una relación más consciente con la tecnología y la inteligencia artificial.
