How AI is used
The generative AI is infused throughout the product, including features to help people draft their proposals, generate custom images for each survey, and create icons for individual statements that users will vote on (although, in our experience, these images were slow to load). Despite having the ability to specify a visual style for the AI, the resulting images are clearly LLM-generated. The platform also uses AI to analyze the results for process participants. GPT-4 is employed to provide pros and cons for the most and least popular answers from the voting process.
