<li,<em,Training:</em, We train young leaders to become community organizers. They identify and diagnose a shared problem, and they frame it in a public narrative that engages others into collective action. During the workshops, they plan a campaign using design thinking, that they get to implement in real-time with their community.</li,
<li,<em,Crowdsourcing:</em, Organizers launch their campaign through our online platform to connect with a broader audience. The platform helps them to recruit volunteers, put pressure on authorities, publicize their events, and co-organize advocacy activities.</li,
<li,<em,Scaling impact:</em, We provide mentorship to the initiatives with the highest levels of engagement. We help organizers implement online and offline tactics to reach momentum and bring about improvements in policy, legislation, and public services that create public value.</li,
