MESH

MESH is an open-source, encrypted, censorship-resistant mesh-VPN from the NGO BARGHEST that gives digital-security analysts a remote path to a mobile device, over the internet and through firewalls, to run spyware-detection and forensic tools (like MVT and AndroidQF) on the phones of activists, journalists, and human-rights defenders.

A hardened fork of Tailscale/WireGuard (with optional traffic obfuscation to defeat national firewalls and disposable, task-scoped networks that leave no persistent infrastructure), it removes the need for a device to be physically local for a forensic check, and is AGPL-licensed, public-alpha, and third-party pen-tested.
