
Sign Language to Text (SL2T)
Introducing sign-language-to-text (SL2T), a model powering new sign language features for Deaf and hard of hearing users.
A regulation-agnostic pipeline for analyzing public comments on U.S. federal regulations (regulations.gov).
It classifies each comment's position and concerns, identifies who's commenting, detects form-letter campaigns, and produces an interactive HTML report — plus an optional "Read the Rule" page that lets you read the proposed rule section-by-section and see the comments citing each section. Everything regulation-specific lives in one config file per regulation (analyzer\_config.yaml) — the code is generic. The report includes grouped stat cards, concern and CFR-section breakdowns as stacked Oppose/Support bars, an interactive comments table with filter chips and shareable filter URLs, CSV export, and detail modals.

The application, called AI-CopWriter, was developed by Blue Cloud Softech with the Hyderabad police IT Cell and launched at the Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre in Hyderabad.

CommonLingua is a 2.35 million-parameters language identification model trained on 2,482,568 paragraphs from Structured Wikipedia and Common Corpus trained by Pleias in partnership with the GSMA's "AI Language Models in Africa, by Africa, for Africa" initiative.
