Open data support tool for a smart Kyushu. BODIK ODCS is a shared open-data catalogue platform hosting 18,000+ datasets from 348 participating Japanese local governments, letting small municipalities publish standardized open data without each building their own portal. Run by the Kyushu-based public-interest foundation BODIK on the open-source CKAN stack, it provides free hosting, regional and prefecture-level sub-portals, developer/API access, and data-cleansing support, and stands up rapid disaster open-data portals (such as one for the 2026 Kumamoto earthquake) to help affected municipalities share information.
